Second, we'd like you to show us where your problem areas are, such as spots, stains, heavy traffic, pet odors, etc. We will apply special treatments in those areas.
After identifying the problem areas, then we apply a cleaning solution that goes deep into your carpet to loosen up the dirt. We thoroughly rinse the carpet so that no residue is left behind. It will take approximately six hours for the carpet to dry. We strongly recommend that children and pets stay away from the wet carpet. Don't place any furniture in the areas until the carpet has dried.
